Broadstone Real Estate Access Fund


Broadstone Real Estate Access Fund (“BDREX” or the “Fund”) is a continuously offered, closed-end interval fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 that deploys investor capital into a diversified pool of actively managed real estate holdings. Also known as an interval fund, this structure blends investments in direct, individual real estate transactions; private real estate funds; and public real estate securities. In turn, investors may benefit from the access and diversification afforded by the Fund, along with quarterly liquidity and daily pricing features.

Fund Objective

BDREX seeks to deliver total return on behalf of investors via the Fund’s generation of current income and appreciation of capital, while offering low correlation to the public equity markets and low-to-moderate volatility.
There is no guarantee the Fund will achieve its objectives, generate profits, or avoid losses.



The Fund targets a 5% annualized distribution.1

The Fund’s NAV is calculated and posted on a daily basis.

Simple Tax Reporting

Investors receive a 1099.

Quarterly Liquidity

Investors may redeem a stated portion of outstanding shares on a quarterly basis.2

Investment Strategy

While other real estate funds may only offer real estate exposure via public securities and/or private offerings, BDREX delivers a true differentiator for investor portfolios: direct real estate exposure. The Broadstone team has underwritten and transacted upon billions of dollars of direct real estate transactions across commercial (medical, retail, industrial, specialty office) and residential (multifamily, student housing, and other residential) property types, and currently manages two privately offered real estate investment trusts (REITs), in addition to BDREX.
