Founded in 2006 in Rochester, N.Y., by Norman Leenhouts and Amy and Robert Tait, Broadstone Real Estate is a full-service real estate company that serves as the sponsor of two privately offered real estate offerings and manages commercial and residential properties across 42 states. Our lines of real estate management include:

  • Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. – a publicly reporting, privately offered Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that invests in freestanding, single-tenant, absolute net-leased properties located throughout the United States. Broadstone Net Lease, LLC, the REIT’s operating company, holds an investment grade credit rating (Baa3 with a stable outlook) from Moody’s. The REIT currently owns 558 healthcare, industrial, retail, and office properties in 42 states.
  • Broadtree Residential, Inc. – a private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) designed to provide Shareholders with predictable, tax-sheltered cash flow, and generate attractive total returns via investment in a diversified portfolio of multifamily apartment communities.
